Mamool Abdulrahman Al-Nissan Group is a family-owned conglomerate operating in Iraq since the 1960s. The group encompasses nine companies spanning engineering contracting, real estate development, mechanical industries, international trading, printing & publishing, film production, satellite broadcasting, purified water manufacturing, and steel industries. Under the leadership of Dr. Mamool Abdulrahman Al Nissan, the group has become one of Iraq's most trusted business entities.

Our headquarters are in Baghdad, Iraq (Area 616, Al-Yarmouk). We maintain branch offices in Illinois, USA; Amman, Jordan (Park Plaza Complex, Floor 8, Sweifieh); and Beirut, Lebanon. Our projects span across multiple Iraqi provinces including Baghdad, Basrah, and Diyala.

Dr. Mamool Abdulrahman Al Nissan founded and leads the group. He began working in contracting at the age of 16 and over decades pioneered major projects in Iraq across construction, agriculture, industrial supply, and commercial developments. He was among the first to introduce large-scale trading complexes and malls in Iraq, including Al Samarae Mall (1987), Souq Mariam, Mission Mall, and the Mamool Trading Complex — Iraq's largest wholesale market.

The Emperor Hills is our flagship development currently under construction in Baghdad. It features 1,408 apartments across 22 buildings, each standing 16 floors tall. The integrated residential city includes schools, health centers, shopping malls, parking facilities, green spaces, and 24/7 utilities and security — all built to modern architectural standards.

Our upcoming projects include a Rebar Production Plant (300,000 tons/year capacity), Mamool Mall in Al Mashtal Baghdad, Clay Brick & Roof Tile Manufacturing Plants (155 million bricks and 15 million roof tiles per year), a Gypsum Powder Production Plant (100,000 tons/year), and a Gypsum Board Manufacturing Plant (5 million m²/year). Dr. Mamool owns over 100,000 square meters of prime real estate in central Baghdad across Al Karkh and Al Risafa districts. The group also holds a 516,000 square meter freehold property in Al-Shalamja area, Basra province, located on the highway. The Mamool Complex in Hay Al-Riyadh, Baghdad houses 666 markets and 400 warehouses, making it Iraq's largest wholesale market complex.

We operate concrete batching plants, heavy machinery fleets, and have extensive experience in road paving, infrastructure works, water and sewage networks, residential complex construction, and commercial building development.
